The reception also featured a significant transition with the outgoing ACD Secretary General Dr. Pornchai Danvivathana introducing the incoming Secretary General designate Dr. Nasser Radan Thamer Al-Mutairi.
The event attracted a diverse audience, including members of the Diplomatic Corps, UN Agencies, political leaders, business executives, trade chambers, prominent figures from Kuwaiti society, expatriates, and representatives from mainstream media.
